Why going to personal training?
Because you want someone qualified, who can help you achieve whatever goal you have in mind and maximise the positive outcomes of your training.
But I imagine you also want someone whom you can talk to, and share your feelings and/or concerns with, someone who will listen to you and won’t be judgemental, someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. I am not here to show you that I am the best Personal Trainer, I am here to show you how YOU can be at your best.
There are lots of tools and exercise techniques available, whatever your goals and objectives are. My job of course is first to make sure you carry on the exercises safely, but also to make sure they are adapted to your fitness level, whilst still being challenging enough to bring improvements and get you to the best version of yourself.
